To determine this we ensure that:
1 Our premises have been inspected and approved by the Local Environmental Health Authority.
2 Contemporary Cuisine follows Standard Local Authority procedures and strives to ensure all Food Safety and Hygiene standards are met.
3 All foods are delivered under temperature controlled conditions, as per clause 2.
4 The Proprietor sources only the finest produce from leading local producers, to guarantee traceability and to provide the highest quality products wherever possible.
